Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your scheduled service are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are eligible for a 50% refund or credit toward future services. We require a 50% deposit for bookings over $500 to secure your spot. The remaining balance is due on the day of service. For smaller bookings, full payment is required at the time of booking. The Safe Haven Offers Multiple Payment Options: Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, Card (+3% fee)
