How do I book a service?

You can book any of our services directly through our website. Simply click the "Book Now" button on the service you're interested in, select your preferred date and time, and complete the booking process. For custom requests, please contact us directly.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we require a 50% deposit for bookings over $500 to secure your spot. The remaining balance is due on the day of service. For smaller bookings, full payment is required at the time of booking.

​What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your scheduled service are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are eligible for a 50% refund or credit toward future services.

How long does it take to get my files?

Delivery times vary depending on the service. For standard services, you can expect your files within 7-10 business days. Express delivery options are available for an additional fee. The Artist's Sanctuary Sessions have a guaranteed 7-day turnaround.
